Sondra was born and raised in an Orthodox Jewish home in Cleveland, Ohio. She studied Bible in Israel before earning a B.A. from Barnard College and a J.D. from Columbia University. After making aliyah in 1984, she became active in the settlement movement and played a key role in advocating for the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria. In 1998, she founded CFOIC Heartland and served as its Israel Office Director until 2023. Now, as International President, she continues to educate and connect Christians with the Biblical Heartland. Sondra lives in Karnei Shomron with her husband, Edward, and enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and studying the Bible.
