About Bet Yatir

Founded in 1979 by a small group of religiously devout families, Bet Yatir was established on the southern edges of Judea in a region filled with ancient archaeological sites that attest to the People of Israel’s historic bond to the land. The success of Bet Yatir’s dairy farms and vineyard demonstrate the fulfillment of the prophetic restoration of Judea. In the face of many challenges, Bet Yatir has nevertheless flourished into a thriving community, comprising now more than 500 families, grounded in faith, mutual support and respect.
